Meeting of Former Earthlings
******************************
Planet Earth, a reclusive world in a backwater dimension. This world was widely unknown contrarily to others such as Delura. This might be due to being in a extremely stable dimension. This planet was very mundane technologically, and magic was known to them only in fantasies.
However, what if fantasies were real? What if those "Nagas" and "Fairies" existed not only in stories for children, but in another world? This world do exist, and even stable dimensions can become fickle in moment's notice. Twenty one years ago, experiments on a mysterious artifact ended in disaster. The former scientist Jora was turned into a giantess, and during a moment where the dimension turned fickle, she was transported to another world: the world known as Felarya. A few months later, a teenager by the name of Sean Okotami was wisked away to Felarya; the dimension was not fully re-stabilized.
What happened to them? Jora had better odds than the youngster with her new size, but the one who looks the weakest may carry the most potential.
Felarya, a crossroad between dimensions, a world of untammable wilderness; full of treasure, full of knowledge, full of magic, full of technology, full of secrets. Explorers from various worlds comes in hope of wealth, knowledge, power, fame. But most of them simply meets a dire fate. This "self-dimension" is inhabited by dangerous creatures, many reaching massive proportions. All these predators have one thing in common: they love eating. Many of them have adopted the practice of swallowing their preys whole and alive, especially the bigger sentient species. To defend against these creatures, humans makes use of powerful arcane magic, extreme physical and weapon dexterity, or highly advanced technology to survive in the deadly environment.
Some of these predators looks exactly like humans, albeit much taller. Most of them are females, and are called Giantesses. Two particular giantesses were living in a cave not very far from a ginormous tree, bigger than a whole forest. The older of the two was roughly 70 feet tall; her long hair were black; she simply wore a bustier and a short skirt, and her belly was completely uncovered. Her body was reasonably trained.
The other, younger one was roughly 65 feet tall. She had blond hair that were often tied as a pony tail; she was slim compared to her older companion; she was wearing a crop top and a pair of shorts. The morning sun illuminated the cave. The younger Giantess opened her blue eyes and woke up; she yawned and stretched before standing up.
"Marya, I'm going to hunt." said the younger Giantess.
The older one, Marya, simply mumbled and waved her hand while still sleeping.
"Yeah, yeah, good luck Jora." replied Marya.
It was early morning, very few creatures would be wide awake so early. It was the perfect time to strike when the prey wasn't fully conscious. That was a basic rule for hunters, but many ignored it as they enjoyed sleeping for long periods. Jora kept moving silently through the jungle to avoid waking up her preys; for a while, she had no luck finding anything. Then luck got on her side; she spotted a sleeping human. The human was roughly six feet tall, and he was reasonably trained; he had blond hair just like her, except his was a boy cut and were longer, stopping next to his eyes at the front while his face was totally visible. He was wearing a black headband around his forehead; a long crimson scarf around his neck like a two tailed cape; a violet T-shirt with a barely visible bulge all around the chest; matching violet pants (trousers) held with a black belt; a brown baldric around his right shoulder, and white sneakers. He had two, silvery bracers on each forearm, his left one had nine sockets while his right one had nine spikes pointing backward. The most interesting thing about him was his violet marks on his face and arms. His facial marks were simply a stripe below the eye; as wide as the eye and going down diagonally toward the cheek while getting progressively wider. Those on his arms were like snakes coiling and slithering. Most interesting is that, from left to right, the marks mirrored each other.
He was sleeping on a stump, completely exposed to predators. He must have been lucky to have survived the whole night without being attacked by predators, but his luck had ran out.
Jora tried sneaking up on him; as she got close, the boy changed position with his back facing Jora. Then she saw his additional equipment: A violet sword hilt and handle, and a shield with white silver borders with a little blue hue; a violet painting surrounding nine crests. The crests were a red flame, a blue droplet, a green twister, a yellow bolt, a cyan snowflake, a brown leaf, a white sun and a black moon; all in circle formation.
At first she was anxious, but then she remembered that a sword was the equivalent of a toothpick for her size. Still, they wouldn't taste good, and she doesn't digest metal well. She kept sneaking up on him, but her stomach decided to mess up again and growled. Jora thought that it was done for her breakfast; luckily for her, the young boy simply mumbled: "Yeah... I will take two cheeseburgers, a big poutine, a spicy veggie cocktail and an all-dressed salad..."
Jora was relieved that she found a heavy sleeper, but she didn't want to push her luck and continued sneaking up. She managed to get close to him, lifted him, then tried removing his shield. It wasn't very hard; she tried removing his sword which was 5 feet long in total. She had problems with this one; detaching a tiny baldric with her gigantic fingers was very difficult. In the end, she simply unsheathed his weapon and put it in her pocket along with the shield. Then the hard part: she had to wake the boy up as he wouldn't squirm much in her stomach asleep. It was like he was anesthetized as he didn't wake up at all from being shaken up. She tried poking him, tickling him, yelling at him; nothing worked, it was like he had been knocked out with a sledge hammer.
Then the boy yawned, and about time too. He weakly opened his eyes, indeed he was really a heavy sleeper.
"Ah! Finally, you're awake. Now I can eat you properly." said Jora.
"Oh... yeah... yeah... sounds good..." said the boy half asleep.
"WHAT!?" exclaimed the boy after finally waking up.
"Too late, you go in now." replied Jora.
She lifted him above her head and opened her mouth, giving him a clear view where he was going. She had to be careful on that one, since his right bracer had spikes pointing backwards, it could cause some damage to her throat. She carefully placed him in her mouth head first, then closed it. She would have loved to toy with him, but this would only make him more likely to turn around and scratch her esophagus. So she swallowed right away; forming a bulge in her neck that was slowly going down, then disappear at her chest.
She patted her stomach; he was very tasty. Then, something she never saw before happened: the boy was passing through her hand! He was transparent like a ghost, and his clothes along with his mark were black instead of violet. After passing completely through her stomach and her hand, he turned solid again; landing on the ground by rolling. Jora was perplexed; she heard of mages that could teleport from her stomach, but she never heard of mages that can become immaterial.
After landing, the boy turned around, crossed his fingers vertically while keeping the palms vertical too, then his marks along with his clothes turned yellow right before Jora's eyes. He extended both arms forward, then his sword and shield floated out of Jora's pocket and floated right back at the human. Most perplexing was that the sword's hilt and handle were yellow too, while the silvery white with a slight blue hue blade remained unchanged.
The human sheathed his weapon, strapped his shield on his back, and crossed his fingers with both palms touching each other. His clothes, marks, weapon turned to their usual violet.
"Nice try eating me, but I developped immunity!" said the human; his voice was that of a boy in his mid teens.
For some reasons, Jora felt a strange impression of deja-vu. She looked at him closely, while not moving her head closer. Looking at the sripes made her feel something familiar.
The kid had turned tailed and ran away; he was very fast for a teen. Jora let him go; she couldn't shake the thought that she knows him, but can't quite remember who it is. She should tell Marya that a kid she feels familiar was able to escape her stomach, she might know something. No, she would only think that Jora is making excuses for failing a capture, or that she's trying to persuade her to hunt together. Last time she tried something like that, her cheek turned red for a whole week how hard Marya slapped her. She simply searched for another prey instead.
Hours passed, it was almost noon. Jora was rather successful; she caught a little band of slavers and made a meal of them. She let the slaves go though; they had already suffered long enough, and gave them the chance to return home by guiding them to the Great Gate near Ur-Sagol.
But now it was noon and she was hungry again.
She heard some rustling in a nearby tree. Then came out the kid from this morning again; this time his stuff was green to blend in the folliage.
"I am in a tree and no one can find me..." sang the teen.
He took out his sword, and apparently aimed below. Jora looked, and saw Polawken Boars; basically a huge, dark brown boar with massive tusks. They are exclusively herbivores and their meat is absolutely delicious, but are extremely aggressive and powerful. A pack of them can make even giant predators bite the dust.
"AND NOW YOU'RE DEAD!" shouted the teen.
He threw his sword to one of the boar, and missed. The animals all glared toward the tree the boy was hiding in.
"Uh-oh..." said the kid; terrified at all those glares.
One of them rammed the tree with enough force to make the boy fall down. All the boars were glaring at him, ready to charge; the young human was getting nervous. He simply turned tail and fled with all the animals chasing him. He was unusually fast for a human, let alone someone around 15 or something, but he couldn't possibly hope to out run a pack of boars so easily. He could run in zig zag, but they were in an horizontal line formation which shattered his plan. The particularity of these boars was that when charging, they charge in line formations. He couldn't hide in a tree, so he just had to survive the stampede and outsmart them.
A few hours later, the sun had started setting. The kid was walking to the spot his sword landed after throwing it; his attire violet again. He was covered in bruises, dirt, and was bleeding a little. He tried looking forward, and everytime he saw part of his bleeding body, he just cringed and looked away. He picked up his sword, but didn't have time to sheathe it.
"Wait!" said Jora; she was waiting for him to return.
"Dammit! Not you again!" replied the boy. He then tried fleeing again.
"Hold on! I only want to talk!" said Jora while following him.
He couldn't outrun her despite his speed; she was just too big. He tried something risky; he did a U-turn and tried running between her legs. It failed; the moment he passed between them, Jora just crouched, turned around, and caught him by the collar.
"We did that me once, so I won't fall for it again. I want to ask you some questions." said Jora to her catch.
"Yeah, like if I taste sweet or spicy I bet. No way I'm staying!" replied the kid.
He poked Jora's finger with his sword; the blade had an effect.
"Ouch! How come it worked!?" said Jora. Normally, a sword would be like a toothpick, and have no effect; she actually felt a painful sting. Sole explication: his blade wasn't made of ordinary metal.
She dropped the kid, who rolled again to soften his landing and ran away again. Jora was determined to know more about him, and followed him. This time, she was moving at a faster pace.
She kept tellin him to stop running and listen to her, but the teenager was just to stubborn. He tried folling her by making sharp turns and U-turns, but nothing worked. He thought he could lose her in the canopy, so he did impressive wall kicks to climb in the trees. His stamina, his speed, and his agility were unusually high for someone this young. He kept jumping from branch to branch, making accrobatics along the way. When a branch seemed at the perfect height, he gripped to it, before breaking it with a punch and kick it at Jora to disorient her. Even his strength was abnormal, and come to think of it, he survived a stampede of Polawken Boars with only wounds rather than having all his bones broken. Furthermore, he had good reflex, seeing that he knew what was coming at him and dodging it while fleeing. All his abilities were unusually high.
After a while, she lost track of him.
"Come back! I won't eat you!" yelled Jora. No response followed; she felt disappointed and headed back to the cave. It was already night once she reached the cave, and she wasn't greeted warmly.
"Where have you been!?" It was Marya, and she was in a pretty bad mood.
"You know it's dangerous outside at night. I was worried about you."
"I'm sorry, but I met this human and..." said Jora.
"What does he have so special for you to stay out so late?" interrupted Marya.
Jora was about to shed tears; there was so much things she doesn't understand it was blowing up her mind.
"I don't know! I just feel like I know him, but I don't know why he seems so familiar. I don't understand what's going on." replied Jora; who then bursted in tears.
Marya got close to Jora and hugged her to console her.
"It's okay, there is always something that will leave us confused, it's unavoidable. You had a long day, you should rest for tonight." said Marya.
Meanwhile... the young human was hiding in the knot of a tree. His wounds were almost completely healed thanks to the Felaryan soil. He was gazing at the sky.
"That giantess... I feel like I saw her somewhere before..." said the boy. He almost fell asleep. "Tommorow I gotta practice my aim, I can't live on fruits forever..."
***
A new day in Felarya; Jora woke up to see that Marya was not there, which was unusual for her to wake up early. Jora left the cave to go hunting again. It didn't took her long to find Marya, who was hiding from a prey. Jora got close, Marya simply looked in her direction, and made "silence" sign. Curious to see who she was sneaking up on, Jora got close to her, and saw the same kid from yesterday.
"That's-" said Jora surprised.
Marya stoped her from saying more by covering her mouth and ducked in the folliage. She wasn't very pleased by Jora's intervention.
"What was the big idea to talk?" whispered Marya.
"It's the same human I met yesterday." whispered Jora in response.
The boy didn't seem to have heard Jora, or more accurately, he didn't seem to care. There was a target painted on a tree right in front of him. Most likely, he was practicing his aim. He took out his sword, and threw at the target, missing it.
"Can't be distracted, I know you're here, but I'm busy. So just leave me alone if you value your life." said the boy, before throwing his sword again.
Marya wasn't amused by his threatening; who does he think he is?
"Excuse me, if we value our lives? Do you have any idea to what you are up against?" said Marya upset.
The boy threw his sword again; it missed and hit a boulder. The blade plunged through the rock with ease; the boy went to pick it, and did an upward slash, slicing the rock with no problem. His blade was perfectly intact; this astonished Jora, but Marya was simply upset by his arrogance.
"I'm training, I don't have time for petty hunting games, just leave me alone!" said the boy, losing his patience.
"Fine, just have it your way kid." said Marya before leaving.
"You obviously don't lack meat." added the kid.
Marya didn't take that one, we could see the expression of anger in her face. Jora didn't like it, she might hurt him in blind rage.
"What was that for? Surely you jest."
"For your information, I haven't killed an animal in weeks! I'm sick of eating fruits all the time! I'm in desperate need of meat! So just leave me alone!"
"That's no reason to threaten us! Who do you think you are for uttering threats about something trivial!?"
"Stop it you two! Marya, give him a chance. You remember, I too was cranky when I couldn't catch a single human. And I just want to ask you some questions..."
"Don't put your nose in my business! You ate me yesterday! Why should I trust you!? That's it, I'm outta here!"
The kid made the vertical hand sign again; his attire turned yellow, and he ran away with incredible speed. Jora looked sad to see him run away, and Marya will probably forbid her to see him again.
"Jora... did you really eat him yesterday?" asked Marya.
"Yes, but... I don't know how, he turned into a ghost and escaped." answered Jora. She was sure that Marya wouldn't believe her, she just knew it.
"I believe you."
Jora was surprised, Marya is normally narrow minded, yet she believed a ridiculous story like that.
"Wait, you belive me? But, it's so absurd, and..." Jora couldn't finish her sentence as Marya put her hand on her shoulder; she looked serious.
"Jora... I don't think he's a human being." Jora was shocked, how could he not be a human being? He looked like a human, he was acting like a human... She understood; his abilities were too high to be that of a human.
"You'd be best to avoid him, we don't know what he's capable of, and I don't want to risk losing you."
But this only made Jora more willing to find him. As a former scientist, she was eager to know about him. She set out to find him despite Marya's advice to avoid him. It took her about an hour, but she found him in another glade. He was still practicing his aim, but he kept missing all the time.
"I'll get it next time... This time I won't miss... I'm nailing the center... Dammit! I can't get it right!" said the boy from time to time.
"That determination, I've seen such determination somewhere before..." thought Jora.
It lasted for hours, the kid kept missing all the time, but he never gave up. His situation seemed pretty hopeless; Jora had time to find something to eat, and everytime she returned, the teenager was still at the same spot.
Then it was night, and Jora was still watching him. The boy didn't look very well; his hand was red, and he could barely hold his sword. He was also sweating and hyperventilating; he had trouble staying up.
"Jora!" She turned around to see Marya, angry again.
"I searched for hours! What are you thinking!? I told you to stay away from him!"
"I don't care! I need to talk to him! I won't come back until then!"
"Jora!"
Suddenly, the kid was wobbling; his vision was blurring; and his hand was hurting so much it was unbearable. His strength abandonned him, he fell flat on his face with a loud thud.
"Huh? Oh no!"
Jora went to his side and picked him up along with his weapon. She knew she should have intervened sooner before he overdid it, but she didn't.
"Wake up! Please, wake up!" No response, he was completely motionless.
Jora rushed back to the cave, leaving Marya behind. She was determined not to let him die.
"Wait, Jora!"
She made it to the cave, but didn't know where he should rest exactly. She decided to place him on a higher "shelf" formation. She was still worried about him; she feels like she knows him, and his determination was awfully familiar. But she couldn't narrow down to where she saw that before.
"Jora! Jora, get him out of the cave." Marya made it to the cave, and she still didn't trust the boy.
"No! I'm not leaving him."
"Jora, listen to me-"
"No, you listen to me! I'm positive that I know him! He's someone I lived experiences with at some point in the past! You would dare get rid of someone I share bond with simply because you don't trust him!? How can you be so cold!? If he leaves, I'm leaving with him!" It was rare for Jora to stand up to Marya, but when that happens, it's a sign that she is deeply dedicated in something or someone. Marya didn't want to argue; she was right that she can't take something away from her just she doesn't like it.
"Fine, he can stay. But if he's unwilling to cooperate, then he'll have to leave." This made Jora happy; she wouldn't skip this chance.
"Thank you, Marya!"
"Think nothing of it, I want your happiness more than anything after all. It's getting late, you'd best get some rest." She was still worried about the human, but Jora was sure that he would make it.
***
It was almost noon; Jora was already up, looking for some Polawken Boars. She got back to the cave with one; that should give the teen some long deserved meat. A few minutes after returning to the cave...
"Uuughh... " the boy slowly got up, Jora was glad to see him awake. However, the moment he placed his hand on the ground...
"AAAAAAAAHHHH!" the pain was unbearable. This was loud enough to wake Marya up, who was grouchy when she's awake.
He looked at his hand, and to his horror, it was awfully bleeding. The kid was frozen in fear; staring at his bleeding hand while sweating. Jora looked at his expression, then at his hand.
"You're hemophobic? Hold on a second..." Jora went outside, picked a leaf and got back in. It's a good thing that leaves are bigger in Felarya; it can come in handy sometime. She wrapped the huge leaf around the boy's hand as a makeshift bandage. If you gotta live in nature, everything is helpful.
"What's his problem to stare at his hand like that?"
"He seems to be afraid of blood. Probably an experience in his childhood."
The boy sighed in relief that he could no longer see his bloody hand. That only brought back bad memories. He tried standing up, but his legs couldn't support his body, and he collapsed again. Not only was his legs hurting, so was his arm. He seriously overdid it yesterday.
"Don't stand up yet, your muscles are still stiff from all that training. I brought you some meat, but it will take a while to start the fire..."
"Hey, hey. Fire is not a problem, just get the wood and leave the rest to me." said the boy.
Jora went outside to find some firewood. Meanwhile, the youngster went back to sleep to continue recovering. Marya still didn't knew if she could trust him, but she decided not to intervene, at least, not now.
It didn't take very long for Jora to return with firewood. Afterall, there was plenty outside. The young boy boy told her to place the wood like a campfire on the floor, then place the boar on top of it, and surround it with more wood like a wig-wam.
After this was done, the boy told her to step back. He faced his left palm, and wrapped his right finger between each left ones. His attire turned red this time. He took a deep breath, and exhaled a stream of flames at the boar, setting it on fire.
Marya was more convinced that he wasn't human; he breathed fire like it was natural. But she didn't want her feelings getting in Jora's way.
Afetr a little while, the boar was cooked. The kid crossed both thumbs only, and his attire turned green. He clapped both hands together, extinguishing the flames. Jora didn't understood how he did that. This also arose more suspicion from Marya's part.
"How did you do that?" asked Jora.
"Hehe, I cut the flames' oxygen supply. I couldn't use Water or Ice, it would ruin the meat. Now, let's dig in!"
The boy jumped down from the "shelf," and nearly broke his legs from landing. Obviously, he didn't fully recover yet.
"You should know better than jump with wounded legs. Don't act before thinking, kid." said Marya.
"Who cares, I got a date with meat. It's lunch time!" replied the boy.
The kid started eating the boar, and how fast was he eating. He was almost as voracious as Crisis, yet he was just a fifteen years old teenager. It must be because he was in his growing stage. After a few minutes, only the skeleton remaining. The boy was full, and happy to finally taste meat. Jora simply looked at him with a happy smile; it was good to see him healthy again.
"You're almost as voracious as Crisis."
"I know, Léa Nee-san says the same thing. By the way, my name's Sean Okotami."
Jora knew that name, then she remembered who he was.
"Sean... it's really you? I can't believe how much you've grown! I didn't recognize you!"
Sean was perplex, how come Jora knew him?
"Hold on! How do you know me? Who are you?"
"Sean, it's me, Jora."
Sean was looking in his memory, but he didn't remember her.
"It's no wonder you don't remember, you were a toddler back then. I was the daughter of one of your father's colleague, Hector Okotami."
"Wait, you know my father?"
"Hu-uh! I was even there when you and Lester were born, you two were so cute."
This rung a bell. He remembered something; when he and Lester were two years old, they were playing with a blond haired and blue eyed girl. It was Jora when she was only eight years old.
"Jora Nee-san? It's really you?"
Jora nodded, both Sean's and Jora's eyes were filling with tears of joy. They hugged each other, with Jora being careful not to crush him. They didn't see each other in twelve years; it was amazing how much they changed in that laps of time. Marya looked at the two of them; she was happy that Jora found her long lost childhood friend.
"You look just like your mother, Stella Okotami, but you inherited your father's steadfast determination. I'm sorry that your dad was infected by a virus in his resarch, and transmitted it to your mom..."
Sean started crying at Jora's words. These weren't tears of joy, but tears of pain; he was remembering his harsh past.
"They didn't deserve to die. I didn't deserve to see them die. I didn't deserve that fate!" Sean was crying louder. The day his parents passed away was his most painful day ever.
"I was only three... They died when we were toddlers... I was separated from Lester... I never saw him again... Why did it have to happen to me!?"
Jora understood his pain; she heard that he was placed in adoption by a different familly than Lester, the two of them never saw each other again. It's been twelve years now, they probably wouldn't recognize each other.
"What happened during those years?" asked Marya.
"I was treated like an outcast. No one ever accepted me because of my marks. I was the target of everyone's pranks. I grew up alone."
"I'm sorry to hear that, but it was still no reason to threaten us yesterday."
"Actually, I tend to become cranky when I get hungry for too long. I left the Giant Tree only recently; I really wish I could aim better, I just keep missing all the time."
"You know kid, the secret to aiming is to focus entirely on your target, and erasing all idle thoughts."
Sean stared in the void for a while; what he was lacking to improve his aim was just that?
"You're kidding, aren't you?"
"No, I am not. Wait, you mean you never asked anyone for help before?" asked Marya.
Sean shook his head; he felt like he did something completely stupid.
"*sigh* You poor kid, it's practically impossible to survive out there on your own. Especially when you have no experience in survival to begin with. You're really one stubborn boy." replied Marya.
"Well, I may be reckless, but I held on for quite a while. It's gotta count for something."
"That wasn't reckless, it was suicidal."
"*sigh* Yeah, even Anna calls me like that."
"As for you surviving for so long, it may be due to the fact you aren't an ordinary human."
Jora regained her seriousness and remembered that she wanted to talk to him about his abilities.
"That's right, Sean, your physical prowess are too impressive for human standards, let alone for a 15 years old. What's your story?"
"It happened a few months ago... I was transported here unexpectedly, there I met Crisis. I asked her to kill me, as I couldn't live with the burden of being alone anymore, and so she ate me. However, I felt some weird power filling my whole body. I lost consciousness, and became a Demi-Immortal in the process. When I woke up, I was right next to her. According to Vivian, I became an Elemental Knight."
"I knew you weren't human. What are your powers then?" asked Marya.
"My powers are controlling the elements of Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Ice, Wood, Light, and Shadow. Each of these specialize in one aspect of mortals, increasing that aspect's strength. I can also learn any supportive magic, but I have yet to learn any."
Jora understood better his situation. He too wasn't viewed as a human anymore.
"Jora Nee-san, what's your story?"
"We found a strange artifact, and did experiments on it. But it ended in disaster; an accident turned me into a giantess, and I was transported to Felarya. Humans tracked me and tried using me as a weapon."
"You made them pay, don't you?" added Sean.
Jora nodded, Sean was relieved though. He always despised humans in position of power.
By the end of the day, Sean had to part way with Jora again. They were sad to say goodbye to a childhood friend after not seeing each other for so long, but they knew it was for the best. They promised they would see each other again from time to time; they wouldn't let something separate them ever again. Time was sometime cruel; the two of them met a tragic fate, and were struggling for survival. However, time also repairs damage over time. Sean and Jora parted not with painful thoughts, but with a smile. A most bright smile for finding a long lost comrade. This reunion of former Earthlings was one of their most prized memory, and they would carry it on for eternity.

The descriptions were good and it flowed nicely
Just a few remarks though :
I think there is still *this* problem with your character... the example is how very detailled you described him versus the other characters...
Also I think you made the relation between Marya and Jora a bit odd.. Somehow I don't envision Marya to be that dominating, like slapping Jora for a bad hunt
Oh, it's the description the problem. I just need to describe the relationship from a third-person perspective rather than through dialogues, isn't it?

Those without strong wills can easily be turned to evil, those with no respect for life aren't people, those who are willing to give their life to set things right again are the most noble souls you can find. Harm my friends and you die!
but overall in your stories i think the presence of your character is overpowering. all gravitate around him, everyone look up to him and immediatly take him seriously... In my opinion it gives a hard time for the reader to identify and attach to him...
Not trying to be mean or anything... I just feel it's a pity since the rest in your writting is good... if I thought it was bad to start with I wouldn't bother to make remarks ^^ ;
